We really can not understand the reason why the people running the country will not admit we have a Double Dip in the economy. We have all the usual phrases trotted out such as we are “bumping along on the bottom” “we have bottomed out” “We can only recover from here”. Well all I can say to that is I am glad I am not aboard a Submarine or I would have jumped into the missile launcher and hot wired it by now.

Professionals are not working.

We have Banks that are not lending due to the fact that they got rid of those that new how to lend money properly. We have no builders left that are able to build. We have no one left that feels safe enough to buy a house even if they can afford one.

The legal people are slower than ever before and we have no one that can actually value a property correctly due to the market crash.

Pretending there is growth.

We have had numerous reports telling us things were improving, then they said it is taking longer than expected. They tell us prices (cost of living) is reducing, yet we can go around numerous stores and shops and see price increases. Why pretend why are they trying to fool us?

There is going to have to be some serious thinking done by everyone involved in this debacle and improvements otherwise we will have more to worry about than the economy! Oh and hers to the triple dip!
