includes property information and all the financial costs liable through the purchase

We will inspect your contract to see that it is the correct legal document
pertaining to your Proposed purchase and that it includes all the information
required to purchase.
We also are present at the closing of the purchase to inspect the documents
as we are trained in this by the Real Estate Commission.
Our work on your behalf does not end there when you have purchased, that is only
half the service we provide. We advise on property management and on
letting out your property if required.
We inspect your property on behalf of you at regular intervals; this is a
popular exercise as many of our investors are from overseas
and will require photos and regular updates.
